After finally coming into production last year, the Lucid Air will now be receiving a “Stealth Look” trim to give the automaker’s flagship EV an even sportier and sleeker look. The new trim will exchange 35 exterior components to give the car ” a darker and overtly sporting personality,” with components such as the mirror caps, the frame of the glass canopy roof, the lower body trim, and the trim around the headlights all swapped out with special finishes for a stealthier look.

Most of the platinum parts such as the front nose blade, C-pillar flags, and lower door and fascia trims have also been replaced by what the automaker calls a “dark Stealth Polished finish” that is “reminiscent of the spéculaire black polishing technique employed in fine horology and jewelry.” Depending on your Air model, you’ll also be able to choose between 21-inch Aero Sport Stealth wheels with satin black wheel inserts or 20-inch Aero Lite Stealth wheels, also with the same inserts.

For those interested, the Lucid Air’s stealth trim will set you back an additional $6,000 USD on top of the price of the car, and production is set for the first quarter of 2023.
