Official Look at the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 "Slate"
The latest from the adidas YEEZY team launches this week.

While adidas and Kanye West‘s adidas YEEZY division remains unpredictable with its output of bold new silhouettes, one consistent element in recent years has been the presentation of the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 in a wide range of colorways. Whether it be restocks or new flavors, the iconic sneaker has not slowed down since its debut in 2016. Now, following an on-foot look in March, adidas has shared official images of the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Slate.”
Originally identified as a “Reverse Oreo” colorway, the new look notably inverts one of the original YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 colorways with its beige color palette contrasted by a black lateral stripe. Typical construction for the sneaker makes a return as a Primeknit upper is supported by a full-length BOOST midsole that is covered by a translucent sole unit. Lastly, while some looks have favored a blank stripe, classic “SPLY-350” text appears in the shoe’s beige hue on the lateral stripe.
Release for the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Slate” is set for September 3 via adidas and select retailers worldwide at a price of $230 USD.
In other footwear news, Pharrell’s adidas Hu NMD S1 RYAT “Cardboard” has been revealed by the Three Stripes ahead of its release later this week.
