Lucas Puig and adidas Skateboarding Present the PUIG Indoor

While much of the focus for adidas these days is on high-profile collaborations such as the adidas YEEZY and Humanrace lines, the adidas Skateboarding division continues to provide versatile, everyday essentials. Leaning on its all-star lineup of skaters, adidas Skateboarding tapped Lucas Puig for a fresh take on his PUIG sneaker. Dubbed the PUIG Indoor, the French skater’s newest signature shoe is designed for everyone.

A key focus that differentiates the PUIG Indoor from its predecessor is the weight of the shoe. Various elements of the construction were adjusted to make it a lightweight sneaker that breaks-in quicker. To accomplish this, a premium leather upper pairs with an updated sole unit that includes a cold cement construction. This effort to improve comfort combines with the duo’s mission to create an everyday shoe that can be skated or not. Colorways of “Cream,” “Black” and “Gray” are the starting options to kick off the PUIG Indoor’s release.

The launch of the PUIG Indoor begins July 9 via adidas and specialty skate shops at a retail price of $80 USD.
