Since 2019, the one who now refers to himself as Ye kickstarted his YEEZY Day footwear initiative — an annual two-day event that is undeniably one of the biggest festivities on the sneaker release calendar. It’s designed to commemorate the creative genius’ coveted empire with adidas, entails restocks of a multiplicity of past colorways and introductions of new installments, and it’s expected to return this year.

The complete catalog for YEEZY Day 2022 still remains in the realm of the unknown, but a source that’s close to HYPEBEAST confirmed that all of the action will commence on August 2 in the US and Canada and will continue on August 3 in Europe, China, Japan and Korea. This year marks the first time that Japan and Korea’s markets will be included in the mix. You can expect a vast array of footwear reissues in this rollout such as the return of the groundbreaking adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 “Turtle Dove” for the first time since its 2015 debut, the YEEZY BOOST 700 V2 “Static” and the YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 “Core Red.” Inaugurations of the YEEZY FOAM RNNR “MX Carbon,” YEEZY 450 “Utility Black,” YEEZY 700 BOOST “High-Res Blue” and the YEEZY KNIT RNNR “Fade Azure” (US exclusive) are also on deck, as well as kids sizes for various previously-launched colorways.
