Nike Gives the Kyrie Low 5 a "Mural" Look
In continuation of Kyrie Irving’s Nike partnership.
It has certainly been a year full of headlines for Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving. Both on and off the court Irving has been a notable figure of discussion throughout 2022. In contrast to this, a “Mural” Kyrie Low 5 is on the way with a much calmer feel. Known for his appreciation of culture and the arts, Irving taps into this with another fresh take on his signature Kyrie Low 5.
Designed as a performance model, the Kyrie Low 5 features key technology such as a full-length Cushlon midsole for premium cushioning and a top-loaded Zoom Air unit to emphasize energy return. The upper is designed to have a glove-like fit with its lacing system and the Swoosh utilized a computer-generated outsole pattern for noticeable traction. This “Mural” look blends court-readiness with a colorful presentation. Purple outfits most of the upper while rose gold Swooshes combine with art on the overlays, heel counter and unique sockliner. Beyond this, neon red accents the look at the heel, forefoot and part of the midsole, completing this stand out pair.
No release date for the Kyrie Low 5 “Mural” has been announced yet. However, the Swoosh and select retailers are expected to stock this pair in the coming months.
