In the early years of Kanye West and adidas releasing collaborative products together, a common theme that was found was the use of earthy color combinations. However, in recent memory, the two have been pandering toward more gaudy palettes, and this newly-surfaced adidas YZY KNIT RNNR “Faded Azure” is the perfect example.

Early leaked images of the two-toned colorway show multiple angles of the playful kicks, and the most alluring aspect of the sneakers is its gradient motif. Its titular shade is most prominent across the sock-like collars, and this comes complemented by size notations that adorn the lateral heels in black font. More spotty areas of “Faded Azure” also are present across the upper, but it’s blended in with green to create a gradient effect. Beneath all of that is a sole unit that’s chiseled with chevron-patterned ridges, and this component is decorated with a solid green paint job.

At this time there’s no confirmed release date, but Ye and adidas are expected to launch these in the coming months for the usual $200 USD price point.

For other sneaker news, on-foot images of the adidas YEEZY BOOST 350 V2 Reflective “Dark Beluga” have popped up.
