Copenhagen-based label Palmes has unveiled a new collaboration with bicoastal podcast How Long Gone for a capsule celebrating the start of the tennis season. The three-piece collection mixes the visual identities of both Palmes and How Long Gone, creating a number of co-branded items.
The collection features a long-sleeve white T-shirt and navy tennis shorts, both of which feature a co-branded tennis ball logo. The drop is then finished with a limited-edition tote bag, sporting a “Palmes Long Gone” graphic in the podcast’s now-signature green and blue color palette.
To launch the capsule, How Long Gone hosts Chris Black and Jason Stewart have partnered with photographer Mikael Kennedy for an editorial shot at their local courts. Showcasing Kennedy’s other work selling carefully curated rugs as King Kennedy Rugs, the lookbook mixes on- and off-court looks on each side of the net.
Take a look at the capsule in the gallery above. The How Long Gone x Palmes tennis collection is due to release via the Palmes web store on May 11.
