The streetwear label Diet Starts Monday follows on from its DC Shoes and Spalding collaborations with another sports-focused team-up, this time around working with Saucony on its performance-centric Endorphin Pro sneaker.

Saucony’s Endorphin Pro is built with both athletes and everyday runners in mind, as it is designed to give the latter a chance against the professionals. In many ways, this is similar to Diet Start Monday — a smaller streetwear brand making enough buzz to sit with the big boys.

The sneaker itself is packed with technology, coming with Saucony’s propriety information to make this the fastest sneaker it’s ever built. For example, SPEEDROLL propels you forward with momentum, S-Curve carbon fiber plates make for powerful transitions, PWRRUN PB, a PEBA-based “superfoam,” is springy and cushioned while being set for performance, while FORMFIT 3D comfort and much more also appear.

Diet Starts Monday adds a vibrant “Yellow Wolverine” hue to a premium perforated suede upper — altering the traditions of a running shoe — before embroidering its “DSM” logo onto the on the medial mid-panel. On the flipside, the brand’s slogan “the direction is there is no direction” has been embedded into the suede, while black, red, and white touches round out the sneaker.

Take a look at the Diet Starts Monday x Saucony Endorphin Pro in “Yellow Wolverine” above, and pick it up from CNCPTS on May 14, on the collaborator’s website on May 16, and worldwide on May 20, for $200 USD. Sizing ranges from US 4 to US 15.

Elsewhere, here’s an on-foot look at the Off-White™ x Nike Air Force 1 Low “Green.”
