Brabus is known for its outrageous Mercedes-Benz tunes and one-off supercars, and more recently it has even dived into the world of boats, but now it has launched its latest venture presenting its first-ever motorbike, the Brabus 1300 R.

Based on KTM‘s 1290 Super Duke R Evo — which is the Austrian marque’s latest “Naked Bike” offering and by far its most technical machine to date — the bike packs a V-Twin engine producing 180 HP and 140 Nm of torque out of its namesake 1,301cc, resulting in a 0-62 MPH time of 3.2 seconds, and comes with Semi-Active Suspension Technology that adapts to the road’s surface to provide optimum levels of grip. Additionally, damping modes range from comfort to street and sport, while elements such as the seat and handlebar position have been ergonomically designed for high levels of rider input and control.

Brabus comes in with its reworking of the 1290 Super Duke R Evo, equipping the bike with two signature paint schemes and forged Brabus Monoblock Z wheels, as well as kitting it with high-end carbon body elements and a custom made heated seat, treated by the Brabus interior specialists.

Elsewhere, we find carbon fiber air intakes alongside a custom round LED headlamp, slip-on double-pipe exhaust complete with Brabus 1300 R branding, a Brabus carbon belly pan, and of course a badge denoting its rarity — as only 77 are to be made of each color, those being “Magma Red” and “Signature Black.”

The standard KTM costs $19,599 USD. Brabus’ iteration costs an unsurprisingly staggering £34,549 GBP, or roughly $46,800 USD. Take a look at the motorbike above, and pre-order yours from KTM on February 14 at 3 p.m. CET (9 a.m. EST).

In case you missed it, check out HYPEBEAST’s latest issue of Open Road. This time, we got our hands on the fragment design x Maserati Ghibli S Q4.
