Detailed Look at the Air Jordan 5 "Jade Horizon"
The elevated colorway comes packaged in a special shoebox that has a collage of retro MJ imagery.
Throughout the Spring 2022 season, Jordan Brand will be blessing its fans with a slew of new retro releases, one being the Air Jordan 5 “Jade Horizon” colorway. This elevated variation of the 1990 silhouette first surfaced onto the scene towards the latter end of Summer 2021, but now we have a detailed look at all of its striking details and special packaging.
Top halves of this impending offering come styled with luxe color-blocking. The shoes’ “Jade Horizon” hue takes charge here as it swathes the smooth leather that makes up the toe boxes, collars, mid-foot panels and lower heels. Tongues contrast with a very faint shade of baby blue while the eye stays and tint of the lace toggles appear with a vintage yellow effect. Moving southbound, the midsoles do their best “Black Metallic” impression as they appear with black backdrops and gray spiky molds that are decorated with black splattered patterns. Treading also comes fashioned with an aged look as they are also dialed to a yellow hue.
In a similar fashion to the Union x Air Jordan 1 capsule, these kicks will come packaged in a shoebox that’s decorated with a collage of throwback Jordan images. Early reports have these slated to release on March 25 for $190 USD.
