Footpatrol and Mizuno Team Up for Football-Inspired "Post Match" Collection

Following its three-way footwear collaboration with ASICS and Helen Kirkum, Footpatrol joins Mizuno for a game-ready collection celebrating British football heritage and the former’s 20th anniversary.

Dubbed “Post Match,” Footpatrol reimagines its collaborator’s Contender silhouette, which will be released along with a football jersey destined for victory. The 1995 sneaker is outfitted with cloudy suede mudguards and black leather taken from unused football boots, hitting the toe boxes, and co-branded tongues.

Protective heel guards enhance the rears, while Mizuno’s recognizable Runbird logo adorns the medials with diverse detailing. Teal touches outline the exterior quarters, leaving the interior symbol colorless. Additionally, the design is stacked atop inscribed EVA midsoles for increased comfort while on the move.

In the apparel department, the duo’s “Post Match” collection delivers a football jersey with a split design. The shirt is stamped with Footpatrol, Mizuno, and Reckless Records graphics alongside a reimagined Scudetto symbol. Further details include “EST. 2002” lettering on the left arm, Footpatrol’s bar logo on the right, and a “20” team number at the back.
