Sage Nation’s FW22 Collection Combines the Weird and the Wonderful

Emerging U.K. designer Sage Nation has presented its latest collection for Fall/Winter 2022. Last year, the London-based retailer worked with HH-118389225 and reimagined eight of Sage Nation’s classic pieces with high-attention to both practicality and function. However, collaborations aside, Sage is known for releasing upcycled pieces from the brand’s archive — crafting intricately-tailored oversized silhouettes from breathable fabrics and heavy-set knitwear. Now, this latest collection from Sage Nation for FW22 unveils a melange of knitwear, shirts, trousers, and outerwear.

Collection highlights include the Beige Box Pleat Trousers that are designed with three-pocket styling along with box pleats at the front. The 100% cotton trousers come in a “Sand” colorway and are rounded off with concealed drawstrings on the waistband. Other stand-outs come in the form of a Blue Striped Shirt that is a cotton poplin shirt with a striped pattern throughout. The design comes with a spread collar, button closure, and welt pockets. The formal look also comes with vented side seams and an inverted box pleat at the back yoke. For the rest of the collection, Sage has included long grey trench coats, elbow-less knitwear, and a selection of T-shirts that are crafted with a patch pockets, shirttail hems, and contrast stitching.
