Each year, Nike presents an assortment of Valentine’s Day-themed looks. Often times these are simple color compositions that relate to the day of romance, however, the Swoosh has released colorways with direct references in the past as well. Recently, we’ve already been offered a look at a “Valentine’s Day” makeover on the Air Trainer 1. Now, the logo-clad Air More Uptempo joins the celebration.

Following the reveal of a basketball-themed Air More Uptempo, Nike now presents a “Valentine’s Day” edition that combines maroon with chocolate brown for its signature hue found head to toe. This deep red is supported by light pink accents that arrive in a shaggy, towel-like appearance at the signature “AIR” lettering’s outline and heel Swoosh. In addition, the pink outlines the toe box’s Swoosh. As for the material composition, a nubuck base on the upper joins a mesh tongue and rubber sole unit.

Release information regarding the Nike Air More Uptempo “Valentine’s Day” has not yet been disclosed by the Swoosh. Naturally, it is expected that these will land on the shelves in February 2023, likely arriving via Nike and select retailers at a price of $170 USD.

In related footwear news, Nike has equipped the Air Max 90 in a rain-ready, GORE-TEX-lined colorway.
