Japanese label NOMA t.d. continues to explore audacious patterns and vibrant colors with its Fall/Winter 2022 collection.

This season, the brand takes an abstract inspiration from its surrounding environment, producing nature-themed graphics for its staple pieces. Similar to past collections, NOMAD t.d. features jacquard and hand-embroidered pieces including sweaters, tees, outerwear and accessories. Mountainous landscape motifs are evident throughout the collection. The puffer winter jacket features a collage of snow peaks and forests in various hues of blue and grey. For a more standout colorway, the mountainous range is seen in red, blue and brown mix on a loose-fitting button-up. The daisy flower is seen throughout the collection, intertwined with the paisley pattern found on bandanas, shirts and bomber jackets. To add to the vibrancy of FW22, the collection features tie-dye for its comfort-focused pieces including sweatpants and sweaters.

Various renditions of denim jackets are also seen throughout the collection. In an effort to stay with the “FEEL THE LANDSCAPE” theme, jackets are designed with an abstract graphic reminiscent of terra firma. The fills on the deconstructed denim zipper jacket offers a dynamic visual representation of the ocean’s waves.
