Apart from its thick and chunky knits, clean graphic tees and cheeky “shields,” Blondey‘s THAMES MMXX is known for its fine jewelry. In the past, THAMES MMXX has released a plethora of gold pieces, and now it’s dipping its toes into the world of silver jewelry as well.
THAMES MMXX’s silver jewelry collection consists of five .925 sterling pieces: the “Fifty Two” pendant, the “Starlink” necklace and bracelet, the “Ticker” ring and the “Faith” earing. Blondey’s brand has cast all of these items in gold before, but this marks their debut in silver. Each piece is also spotlighted in a “Tomfoolery in Motion” lookbook that was shot by photographer Alice Dellal and art directed by Blondey himself.
The release of this silver jewelry collection follows a busy period for Blondey, who teased a new footwear collaboration and skate decks in August and appeared in KALIDESCOPE issue #38, engaging in a wide-ranging conversation with Gilbert & George.
Look for the THAMES MMXX silver jewelry collection to release on the THAMES MMXX webstore come September 3 at 11 A.M. BST. Prices range from £145 GBP (approximately $201 USD) for the “Faith” earring to £785 GBP (approximately $1,086 USD) for the “Starlink” necklace.
