BEAMS BOY Joins Clarks Original for a Colorful Take on the Classic Wallabee Boot
With GORE-TEX lining.
BEAMS BOY has teamed up with Clarks Originals to rework the classic Wallabee Boots, after tapping Arc’teryx for a bag and outwear capsule.
The collaboration introduces the Wallabee Boot to the women’s lineup for the first time since 1967. Made from a soft cowhide and a black rubber outsole, the iteration gives way to a navy hue across the uppers. The highlight of this release is the shoelaces offered in tonal blue, royal blue, and green. Another detail is the absence of the footwear brand’s epochal hang tags for more of a minimal look, while co-branding is spotted in the insoles, along with breathable GORE-TEX paneling for extra protection from water. Lining over the heel and collar along with the sustainable black rubber crepe sole completes the look.
