Meanswhile Unveils Second Dickies Collaboration
Part of its Form Meets Function Fall/Winter 2021 blueprint.

Japanese label meanswhile revisits Dickies in its Fall/ Winter 2021 collection, presenting an extended version of their debut collaboration.
“Design Based Functionality” forms the design principles behind this season’s meanswhile and Dickies collection. Combining Dickies workwear heritage with its own functional design outlook, meanswhile puts together a complete set made up of an adapted vintage denim jacket and pant.
The jacket featured in the co-ord is considerably designed, with front action pleats along the sleeves, and a general wider fit to allow for comfortable layering. Along the same lines of increased functionality, meanswhile updates its Thai wrap pant with belting details including a d-ring and web belt.
Both items are constructed with an 8.5-ounce heavy twill and a slight added sheen for an overall polished look. The set comes in three color options: Charcoal, Black, and Dickies classic Beige. Take a look at the complete offering in the gallery above.
Shop the set on meanswhile.net now, with the jacket retailing at ¥29,700 JPY (approximately $268 USD) and the pants at ¥23,100 JPY ($208 USD).
