Closer Looks: CLOT x sacai Nike LDWaffle "Orange Blaze"
Inspired by the Air Max 1 “K.O.D.” which received an update earlier this year.
Serving as one of the latest major collaborations between sacai and Nike, CLOT has teamed up with Chitose Abe‘s label to craft a duo of takes on the Nike LDWaffle. We now have a closer look at the “Orange Blaze” colorway set to lead the collaborative set of releases for the fall season.
Inspired by CLOT’s beloved Air Max 1 “K.O.D.” model that received an update earlier this year, the CLOT x sacai Nike LDWaffle “Orange Blaze” features a mix of “Net/Orange Blaze/Deep Red/Green Bean.” The upper of the shoe features a translucent upper base accented by suede overlays and leather elements. Details include stacked tongues, Swooshes and laces. While branding comes in the form of co-branding expressions on the tongue heels and printed insoles. Rounding up the design of the shoe are elongated midsoles paired with gum rubber outsoles.
Priced at $170 USD, the CLOT x sacai Nike LDWaffle “Orange Blaze” is set to release on Nike SNKRS and JUICE locations.
