ASICS Reworks GEL-Quantum 360 6 With a Snug Mono-Sock Upper
An construction borrowed from the brand’s GEL-NOOSA TRI series.
The GEL-Quantum 360 6 is probably one of the lesser-known silhouettes in ASICS’ arsenal. Despite its relatively low profile compared to the likes of the GEL-Kayano and GEL-Lyte III, this comfort-focused sneaker still has a lot to offer.
Following a rework from Japan’s NU LABEL towards the back end of last year, the silhouette returns as a part of ASICS’ mainline collection, this time doused in two shades of “Glacier Grey” and a darker “Carrier Grey” take.
Designed to “keep your mind and body in motion”, the GEL-QUANTUM 360 6 RE is an updated version of the original silhouette and borrows a Mono-Sock construction from the brand’s GEL-NOOSA TRI series.
This not only allows for easy slip-on slip-off, but its snug fit hugs the foot for the ultimate comfort too. Boasting ASICS’ epochal GEL cushioning underfoot, each sneaker is rounded out with a unique tongue with a hole in its centre and branding on a large heel tab.
Both takes of ASICS’ GEL-QUANTUM 360 6 RE are set to drop on October 10 and will be available from the brand’s online webstore.
