The canvas upper sports two different themes on it. First of all — and unavoidably — Vans has covered the upper in a spray-painted effect that adds colors such as blue, yellow, green, orange, black, and red to a white base, going as far to detail things such as overspray and drips. Alongside this is a vamp, toe box, and heel section served up in black canvas, which complements the black metal eyelets on the vamp that secure the flat black laces in place.
Of course, Vans is not done here. Its signature white vulcanized sole unit has been emblazoned with slogans such as “Those aren’t Vans” and “Get the real thing — get Vans.” These sit alongside character doodles on the sidewall and a red license plate on the rear.
Vans’ new Anaheim UA Era 95 DX can be seen above and bought from Offspring now for $86 USD.
