Take a Closer Look at Travis Scott’s Latest Nike Air Max 1 "Wheat"
Coming this holiday season.
Following a teaser posted last week on his social media page, Travis Scott’s latest Nike Air Max 1 collaboration is reported to release this holiday season in more than just one colorway.
The Travis Scott x Nike Air Max 1 “Wheat” as highlighted in his Instagram post as well as spotted on La Flame last month, features a sandy nubuck overlay with the shoelace support, upper eyestays and lateral heel detail taking on hints of brown and cloudy gray. A grid textured material panels the toe box and the rest of the uppers in the same “Saturn Gold” hue over a matching foam midsole and dark brown rubber outsole to seal the look. Like the Houston rapper’s previous collaborations, the main Swoosh is stitched on in reverse.
Thanks to the Instagram account ZSneakerheadz, the “Wheat” variation will reportedly be linked with a couple more colorways. Each is slated to go for $160 USD with the lineup to drop during the upcoming holidays.
