Hermès' $1,140 USD Dog Bowl Was Crafted Using Traditional Barrel-Making Techniques
Inspired by the house’s Chaine d’Ancre motif.
Prada and Goyard aren’t the only fashion houses making luxurious items for pets. Hermès has just released a dog bowl like no other.
Made from oak wood and constructed using traditional barrel-making techniques, the bowl was inspired by the house’s Chaine d’Ancre motif — most apparent when looked at from above – and sees two inner stainless steel bowls that can be separated into two independent bowls thanks to its central magnets.
Hermès describes the bowl as a “combination of marine inspiration and craftsmanship reminiscent of the equestrian world,” joining land and sea to the joy of man’s best friend. Made in France, this dog bowl will cost you $1,140 USD.
