Take a Closer Look at the Travis Scott x Dior "B713"
Tapping into skate nostalgia.
First revealed at Paris Fashion Week last month, Dior‘s chief men’s footwear designer Thibo Denis offers a closer look at a blue-tinted colorway of the Travis Scott x Dior silhouette referred to as “B713”.
This colorway is seen on foot dressed in faded hues of blue, mint, ivory, and maroon. The upper is a blend of premium leathers on the collars, mesh materials on the mid-foot, and smooth suede on the toe box and mudguards. The design language incorporating a thick puffy tongue and logo tabs throw it back to early skate shoes of the 2000s.
The Dior sneakers are distinguished by retro “Dior” typeface on the counter and lateral tabs, as well as diamond-shaped “CD” monograms reminiscent of the Volcom logo, found on the eyelets, tongue tab, heel, and outsoles.
It’s rumored these collaborative sneakers will drop during Summer 2022. Take a look at the full collection including the “B713” sneakers here.
