The collaborative relationship between Packer and Reebok is a rich one as both parties have already worked on classical models such as the Instapump Fury, Club C, Trinity Premier and more. For FW21, these entities have plans to reunite and once again honor Allen Iverson with a Reebok Answer IV collaboration.
Revealed by Packer‘s head buyer Victor Kan, the kicks are executed with a dichotomy of both light and dark tones. A light gray appears to be the most dominant tone across the upper as it is distributed to the mesh tongues and mid-foot, as well as the forefoot panel which hosts the traditional “I3” branding. Smooth leather overlays find themselves on the darker side of the color wheel as they are given a dark navy complexion. Elsewhere on the upper half, a subtle pop of red pokes out through the zipper and the laces contrast with a bright white. Downstairs, the midsoles — which are loaded up with the usual DMX cushioning — are presented in a clean white, and more red accents are shown off through the Reebok badge on the lower heels. Moreover, the treading underneath completes its design with a gray exterior.
No official release date has been announced yet, but expect these to drop sometime during FW21.
