Justin Bieber Drops "Peaches" Remix Featuring Snoop Dogg, Usher and Ludacris
Reviving the hit single with rap-heavy verses.
Justin Bieber has revamped his hit single, “Peaches,” with an all-star remix featuring Snoop Dogg, Usher and Ludacris.
Bieber takes the back seat on the track’s mellow revival as each rapper largely commands the chart-topper’s breezy beat with central verses. As the familiar melody commences, Ludacris opens the song with a slew of love-on-the-brain bars: “Crushed grapes in my Mauritius,” he spits. “Girl, you my flavor of love, you so delicious.”
Usher, who was raised in Atlanta, then pays homage to his home state with mentions of various Georgia towns in the third verse, rapping, “Don’t make me think she mad at you/She from Decatur so she got little attitude/She do what she wanna do,” before Snoop Dogg sees the song to fruition, rhyming about California’s well-established cannabis industry: “Whole VIP smellin’ like it’s Christmas, you don’t wanna miss this/California weed on 10, this hits different.”
“Peaches” resides on Bieber’s latest album Justice, which debuted at No. 1 upon its release in March, marking the Canadian singer’s eighth residency at the top of the charts.
Elsewhere on his agenda, Bieber is preparing to embark on the Justice World Tour next year, which will begin on February 18, 2022 at the Pechanga Arena in San Diego, California, and will conclude at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on June 24, 2022.
In case you missed it, Roddy Ricch shared an enchanted music video for “Late at Night,” nodding to Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” visual, last week.
