The Jeremy Scott x adidas Partnership Will Return in Fall 2021
“Partnering again with Adidas feels like a homecoming and I’m thrilled to be home!” said Jeremy Scott.

Jeremy Scott and adidas will be rekindling their partnership in fall 2021, according to a press release from the Three Stripes. During their original partnership — which began in 2003 and ended in 2015 — Scott and adidas Originals introduced an entirely new design language into the world of footwear, crafting everything from shoes with stuffed animals on the tongue like the JS Bear, JS Poodle and JS Gorilla to the ultra-popular JS Wings line that even saw a “Black Flag” collaboration with a young A$AP Rocky.
The line wasn’t without its controversy — in 2012, the release of Scott’s divisive JS Roundhouse Mid was cancelled after critics took offense to its plastic “shackles” — but the designer’s fun-loving offerings with the Three Stripes largely saw critical and commercial success, making the news of the partnership’s revival undeniably exciting.
Official information about what exactly the partnership will entail is rather scarce: adidas has merely announced that Scott’s first collection back will release in Fall 2021. However, if the nature of the past partnership is of any indication, we’ll see seasonal collections of footwear and apparel from Scott and the Trefoil.
And to put it simply, Scott is excited about the revived partnership. “Partnering again with Adidas feels like a homecoming and I’m thrilled to be home!” he said.
