Zenith Doubles Down on Chronomaster Sport Success With Solid Gold Drop
Zenith has been making gold chronographs since 1969.
Zenith’s Chronomaster Sport chronograph has been such a hit since dropping back in January that the brand is expanding the collection with a new 18k gold model.
The new model boasts the same upgraded 5Hz El Primero 3600 1/10th Second chronograph movement and polished ceramic bezel, but now includes a 41mm 18k rose gold case with color-matched matte gold lacquer-filled engraved bezel scale and gold-plated hands, filled with SLN C1 Super-LumiNova.

The white lacquered dial features contrasting applied gold-plated hour markers and Zenith’s iconic tricolor chronograph registers of rhodium, anthracite and blue.
Zenith, which has been making gold chronographs since it first launched the El Primero in 1969, gives the watch a more formal look pairing its bezel with a black calfskin strap and rose gold folding clasp.
Dropping on June 30, the Chronomaster Sport Rose Goldis available to pre-order now via Zenith, priced £21,300 USD.
