Nike Dunk Low "NY vs. NY" Features Glow-in-the-Dark Details
For a hi-vis homage to NYC streetball.

Streetball is a quintessential part of any New York City summer, so Nike is celebrating the Big Apple’s love of outdoor hoops with a Dunk Low “NY vs. NY.” Drawing its name from a Swoosh-sponsored summer league that oversees tournaments at legendary parks like Dyckman, West 4th Street and Gersch, the shoes feature a vibrant color scheme and special glow-in-the-dark details that nod to the “city game.”
Uppers offer a Gatorade-like blend of colors by combining smooth green leather toeboxes, quarters, tongues and collars with pebbled white leather mudguards, eyestays, heels and heel tabs — then topping the assemblage off with bright orange tongue tags and Swooshes, plus “NY vs. NY” embroidery on the lateral heel counter and a Nike hit on the tab.
The aforementioned glow-in-the-dark detailing is provided by the shoe’s seams and the above-mentioned “NY vs. NY” graphic, all of which light up under a black light. Down below, icy blue outsoles with black text hits that nod to each park in the city-wide summer league work with white midsoles to finalize the look.
At the time of writing, a release date for the Nike Dunk Low “NY vs. NY” has yet to be announced. However, it’ll likely hit retailers sometime this summer.
