GUESS Originals Taps Into SoCal's Surf Scene for Summer 2021 Collection
Pastel hues meet surf-punched graphics across T-shirts, shorts and more.
GUESS Originals is tapping into the Southern Californian lifestyle for Summer 2021 with a collection defined by wave-riding graphics and relaxed tailoring.
The men’s range is dictated by a pastel color wheel — enlisting soft yellow and purple to liven up its shorts and light green stripes for a new take on the brand’s signature T-shirts. A tank top fronting a light pink GUESS Originals logo on the top right quadrant complements the range of slim and straight denim pants in light, dark and black washes, all featuring the iconic triangle logo on the back pocket.
A light green T-shirt ushers in a new surfboard-embossed graphic on its center, while a simple lilac shirt-and-short combination speaks to the collection’s casual nature. Meanwhile, the brand’s classic jogger pants, hoodies and crewneck sweaters play into the laid-back aesthetic in grey, black and white tones.
The line’s arrival coincides with the GUESS Originals Kit Program’s seasonal update, which consists of new essential core designs in a slew of premium fabrics and tones.
Men’s updates include a refined terry cloth fabric for crewnecks, hoodies and shorts made to be worn all-year. Additionally, The Kit bottoms offerings consist of twill cargo pants, light chino khaki woven pants and light-to-dark stonewash denim. Elsewhere, chambray shirts and pocket T-shirts round out the range.
The GUESS Originals Summer 2021 collection and Kit Program are now available to shop on Guess’ webstore. Prices range from $34 USD to $128 USD.
