Franck Muller Drops Vanguard Skeleton Sapphire Color Dreams
The transparent sapphire crystal case shows off a full spectrum movement.

Franck Muller has gone to town on his Vanguard Skeleton model, treating its seven-day movement to a seven-color makeover and housing it in the ultimate horological showcase, a full sapphire crystal case.
The already ostentatious Vanguard Skeleton Sapphire model has seen the flanks of its mainplate hand-chamfered, its movement bridges bead-blasted and circular-brushing applied to its wheels before undergoing Muller’s Color Dreams styling.
The manually wound, 2.5Hz movement’s aluminum bridges have been anodised in red, orange, purple and two shades of blue, while the open-worked mainspring barrel and small seconds ring are picked out in green and yellow.
Muller’s colorful movement is then encased in a transparent 44mm x 53mm tourneau-shaped, sapphire crystal case, which is water resistant to 30m, and secured on a bright red alligator strap.
The Vanguard Skeleton Sapphire Color Dreams is available via Franck Muller retailers, priced CHF 138,000 ($150,000 USD).
