Timex Adds New Coke Colorway to M79 Automatic Collection
Timex’s 1970s-inspired automatic gets a red and black bezel.
Timex has expanded its M79 Automatic offering by adding a new red and black bezel to the collection.
The new ‘Coke’ bezel joins the all-black and black/blue ‘Batman’ bezels options that have been available since February 2020, when Timex sought to replicate the success of its 2019 Timex Q series of quartz reissues with an automatic movement.
Inside the M79’s 40mm stainless steel case is a 21-jewel Japanese automatic movement on show through an exhibition caseback.
The watch features day/date indication, a unidirectional bezel, a domed acrylic glass, luminous hands and is water resistant to 50m.
The Timex M79 Automatic Red is available now via Timex, priced $279 USD.
