As we enter the year’s second quarter, Netflix has unveiled its slate of programming for April 2021.

Leading this month’s list is Yasuke, an anime series about Japan’s first African samurai. The show was created by Black Dynamite/The Boondocks‘s LeSean Thomas and features LaKeith Stanfield as the titular character, while Flying Lotus serves as executive producer and provides original music. There’s also the live-acton TV adaptation of Shadow and Bone, along with fan-favorite films like Inception and Legally Blonde.

April 2021 will also mark the last month subscribers can watch the likes of Eddie Murphy‘s 1983 standup special, season one to three of The Great British Baking Show: Masterclass and Bong Joon-ho‘s Snowpiercer.
