New Balance 237 Gets Prepared in "Reflection" and "Marblehead" Colorways
Two brighter-toned makeups reflective of the Spring season.
Although still in the early stages of its lifespan, New Balance‘s 237 has impressed the sneaker community via a collaboration with Charaf Tajer’s Casablanca brand and various in-line colorways. And now, the lifestyle offering will be further increasing its output with these Spring-friendly “Marblehead” and “Reflection” makeups.
First on the list is the “Marblehead” proposal which leans heavily on grayscale hues to take the lead and build out its base layer and invites in bold accents to follow behind. Canvas underlays are coated with the titular hue and neighbored by that of a “Moonbeam” hue that paints over the suede toe tip overlays and mudguards. Creamy notes are also summoned to decorate the N logos, tongues and leather heel overlays, the latter of which host red New Balance branding. The soles complement with off-white mid-sections and gum treading.
The fellow release 237 sibling here travels to the lighter side of the color wheel for stylization and comes dominated by its “Reflection” hue that smothers the canvas farbic. Alongside this, an “Eclipse” hue casts over the mudguards and throat overlays, while deep navy hues spread to the N insignias and heel overlays. Like its counterpart, ivory-esque midsoles and gum outsoles bring together its full design.
