Continuing to build on the Gundam franchise, Bandai and anime studio Sunrise has announced a live-action adaptation of Gundam Build Fighters.

Titled Gundam Build Real, the upcoming show is based on the anime series centered around battling Gunpla builders. Gundam Build Real will revolve around the world of E-sports with highschoolers doing battle through augmented reality. Coming together, high school teams assemble, paint and modify their Gunpla in tournaments with rival schools.
