"Salvation" 'Godzilla vs. Kong' Teaser Reveals Mechagodzilla Appearance
Director Adam Wingard also shares a look at the man-made weapon.
Ahead of the official premiere of Godzilla vs. Kong, Legendary Pictures, Warner Bros. and Toho have released a new “Salvation” teaser trailer for the blockbuster.
Despite mostly showing footage already seen, the end of the minute-long clip reveals the appearance of Mechagodzilla. The famed archenemy of Godzilla looks to be set to appear amidst the final battle between the two titled titans. Confirming the appearance, director Adam Wingard took to Instagram to show off a toy version of Mechagodzilla. The toy reveals the squared mechanical design of the robot believed to be a man-made weapon designed to defend against Godzilla and King Kong.
