Drake and Nike's NOCTA Preps Cargo-Pocketed GORE-TEX Capsule
All-black, high-tech layers elevated by 3D Swooshes.
Picking up right where its previous drop left off, Drake and Nike‘s enigmatic NOCTA returns with the third — or second, depending on region — drop of its brief existence. Comprising a concise capsule of black layering pieces, this release is informed by wearable storage, serving up a plethora of extra pockets and weatherproof textiles.
Encompassing a jacket, hoodie, vest, hat and two T-shirts, this NOCTA delivery is the brand’s highest-tech offering to date. GORE-TEX INFINIUM lends the militaristic jacket lightweight weatherproofing, with an adjustable hood, sealed zippers and even an underarm zipper to heighten the breathability offered by the stylized rear ventilation. Its vest counterpart also boasts GORE-TEX lining, complete with its own breathable mesh back panel, tough ripstop and at least seven zippered stash pockets.
Even the fleece hoodie gets in on the GORE-TEX action with partially-lined panels and sleeves that insulate and fight inclement weather. Heavyweight T-shirts in both white and black boast 3D Swooshes and NOCTA branding that matches the other layering pieces, while a black adjustable cap sports reflective panels ensure a powerfully high-vis presence.
Look for Nike’s site and stockists like sivasdescalzo and atmos to debut the new NOCTA capsule on March 12 with prices ranging from €35 EUR (approximately $42 USD) to €490 EUR (approximately $591 USD).
