Check Out Jayson Tatum's Air Jordan 35 "Women In Power" PE
A colorful, heartfelt salute to the influential women in the Celtics’ forward’s life.

Jordan Brand team member and Boston Celtics forward Jayson Tatum has had a plethora of PE releases with inspirations ranging from his young son Deuce’s love of the zoo to his multiple tattoos, but his latest PE, the Air Jordan 35 “Women in Power,” appears to be a salute to his mother Brandy Cole. Cole and Tatum are inseparable — he even has her face inked on his leg — so it seems only fitting that she’d serve as inspiration for one of his shoes.
Uppers are awash in a boisterous medley of bright colors. Sky blue appears on the lateral and medial side plus the collar, a rich red graces throats and Air Jordan 5-esque tongues and a neon green is used on the midfoot’s Flightwire as well as the toebox and tongue tabs. Purple gets into the mix as well, appearing in small doses on the midfoot and below the throat. In the former location, it’s embellished with a star and a “98” graphic, nodding to Tatum’s year of birth. In the latter, it features “Women In Power” text split between the left and right foot.
A mix of patent leather and synthetics across the upper supply material contrast, and the left tongue swaps out its standard Jumpman graphic for Tatum’s “JT” PE logo. The AJ35’s signature Flightplate 2.0 is done up in green and holds black Zoom Air bags in the heel and forefoot alike. Tri-color heel tags and “FEARLESS” insole hits serve up a little extra branding, and a combo of white midsoles/blue outsoles rounds off the look.
An official release date has yet to be announced, but Jayson Tatum’s Air Jordan 35 “Women in Power” PE will likely hit retailers later this year for $180 USD.
