Known for its punk-fueled outlook on streetwear, 99%IS- recently introduced its UPSIDE DOWN SHOELACES lacing system.

Drawn from South Korean designer Bajowoo‘s personal style, the unique functional lacing option is secured upside down to express a rebellious spirit. Speaking about the release, Bajowoo revealed the inspiration came from when he would tie his shoelaces from the bottom to go against what he was told to do as a child.

Coming in “Black,” “Red” and “White,” the 99%IS- UPSIDE DOWN SHOELACES feature 3M reflective detail shoelaces, logo-engraved toggle stoppers and signature badge.

Priced at ₩57,000 KRW (approximately $50 USD), the UPSIDE DOWN ATT1%TUDE SHOELACES are available now on 99%IS-’s website and at GR8.
