After a two-month delay due to COVID-19, Hollywood can finally celebrate the biggest night in film and television with the 78th Golden Globe Awards.
Netflix dominates 2021’s list of nominees with a total of 22 nominations as a motion picture distributor and 20 as television distributor, with titles like The Crown and Mank receiving the highest number of nods in their respective fields. Individual nominees include the the late Chadwick Boseman and Viola Davis, Sacha Baron Cohen and Maria Bakalova, Anya Taylor-Joy and Daniel Kaluuya. The likes of Ludwig Göransson and Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross and Jon Batiste are also in the running for Best Original Score — Motion Picture, while Disney+ favorite The Mandalorian is nominated for Best Television Series — Drama.
