Here's An On-Foot Look At the Pass~Port x Nike SB Dunk High "Workboot"
Equipped with hiking boot embellishments.
Following its Sid Pro collaboration with Vans, Pass~Port has linked up with Nike SB to debut a special edition SB Dunk High dubbed as the “Workboot.” The Australian brand’s sample shoe was previewed back in the summer and now thanks to the Instagram account YankeeKicks, we get a full on-foot look at the latest offering.
As its name suggests, the pair is equipped with embellishments adopted from hiking boots such as the multi-colored rope laces following in theme with the color palette which loops through the bolted-down metal eyelets. The uppers start off with a golden orange ripstop nylon base for the toe boxes, quarters and ankle collars with fuzzy green suede overlays shaped over the shoe. The lush shade continues onto the tongue brandings, tongue outlines and liners while the lateral Swooshes opt for a classic tumbled leather outfit dressed in dark brown. Mini embroidered Swooshes are found right below along the lateral heel accompanied by a gardener-like figure. Adding contrast to the fall color scheme is a black midsole with boot-type stitching lining around the sole in brown over a marbled rubber outsole imitating that of dirt.
Look out for the Pass~Port x Nike SB Dunk High “Workboot” anticipated to release sometime this quarter at select skate shops.
Elsewhere in footwear, the adidas YEEZY Foam Runner “MX Sand Grey” is slated to arrive this December.
