Givenchy Drops Its 4G Flask for $390 USD

Taking a leaf out of Balenciaga and Prada’s books.

Fashion houses are making more than just clothes these days — just take a look at Balenciaga’s “H2O” bottle for example — and now, similar to what was seen on its Spring/Summer 2022 runway, Givenchy has dropped a 4G flask.

The Matthew M Williams-designed accessory is made entirely from aluminum, polished to a high-shine silver finish before being paired with a black leather shoulder strap with Givenchy-branded asymmetrical metal tips, which allow for the piece to be adjusted.

Givenchy branding has been engraved on the lower section of the front, while the 4G emblem graces the screw cap up top. As it’s quite simply a water bottle, the piece is relatively simple — however, the concept of a brand dropping something such as this says much about the current industry. Prada has dropped water bottles before, while bags are taking on new shapes, going to show that houses are pushing the limits, and price points, of what’s possible.

Indeed, this Givenchy 4G flask doesn’t come cheap. Take a look at the piece above, and pick one up for yourself from Givenchy’s website and boutiques now for $390 USD.

In other news, Acne Studios has launched a scarf personalization service.
