New 'Gungrave G.O.R.E' Trailer Shows off Brutal Cinematics and Gameplay
The game’s release has been delayed since 2019.
Aside from a new trailer and demo for Stranger of Paradise: Final Fantasy Origin and the announcement of Wanted: Dead by former Dead or Alive and Ninja Gaiden developers, Tokyo Game Show has also provided gaming fans with an extended look at Iggymob‘s upcoming Gungrave G.O.R.E.
Originally slated for release in 2019, the gunslinging title was delayed until 2020 and subsequently once again until 2022. The franchise’s veteran Yasuhira Nightow has returned as the image director, while Jun acts as producer, DJ Heo as planning designer and Musai as sound designer.
The trailer itself features an extended cinematic offering a glimpse at what the game will be about along with the title’s first gameplay reveal. While no specific release date has been announced, the title will arrive next year for both previous-gen and current-gen consoles, including the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S and PC.
Those who want to learn more can head over to the game’s official website.
Elsewhere in gaming, God of War director David Jaffe says the game was almost created in first person.
