FILA and Flock Together Drop Kingfisher-Inspired Capsule
Including a link to all the best places in the U.K. to spot the brightly-colored bird.

FILA has teamed up with London-based birdwatching collective Flock Together for a concise hike-wear capsule with a palette inspired by the Kingfisher bird.
Founded by Ollie Olanipekun and Nadeem Perera during COVID-19 restrictions in 2020, Flock Together was born for local communities in a time of need. Through a mutual love of birdwatching and environmental exploration, the collective hosts trips through nature and provides an avenue for those to destress and learn more about their local area.
Teaming up with FILA, the duo now drop two reimagined iterations of the Italian label’s 1990 Trailblazer which encapsulates its heritage in mountaineering with Flock Together’s approach to urban exploration alongside a duo of premium technical fleeces, plus an updated take on FILA’s Trailblazer hiking shoe.
The collection’s palette is inspired by the vibrant blues, greens and oranges of the exotic-yet-local Kingfisher bird, with the right foot of each sneaker containing an NFC tag which when scanned will take you to a database of all the best places in the U.K. to spot a Kingfisher.
The full three-piece FILA x Flock Together collection is available to buy now here, with 15% of all sales going towards the Flock Together community fund.
