The capsule features a tracksuit, a coach jacket, a graphic T-shirt, a hoodie and a long-sleeve. Set over a sleek black base, the track jacket sports “THE WASTED YOUTH” branding, thinly dotted throughout the piece. It comes with a slightly baggy cut, with cinched sleeve cuffs and raised collars, that matches the loose-fitting pants. Another highlight in the capsule is a coach jacket that boasts a large print of a flower growing out of a crushed can. Normally, the can is illustrated with Wasted Youth’s logo, but this print comes with “THE BLACK EYE PATCH” instead. Other pieces in the range like logo tees, hoodies and long-sleeves round off the concise assemblage.
Wasted Youth and BlackEyePatch’s capsule will be available on January 23 at the VERDY’S GIFT SHOP pop-up at Isetan Shinjuku — prices have yet to be revealed.
