Japan's TV Asahi Ranks Top 100 Most Popular Mangas

The results are in. Japan’s TV Asahi, one of the nation’s biggest television networks, has put together a list of the top “100 Most Popular Mangas” of all time.

Each series’ title has been listed by ranking, put together by a poll that over 150,000 people participated in. The list shows a handful of familiar mangas, but also new ones that have won a considerable number of votes. Taking the top spot is One Piece, with 33,600 votes; followed by Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba in second place, with 29,100; and SLAM DUNK in third, 26,700. Avid manga readers will be familiar with titles sitting near the top of the list, and those who are looking to break into more unfamiliar mangas can scan near the lower end of the list.
