Kicking off 2021 with a bang, ever-popular graphic designer Verdy has realized a set of special items for his first launch of the year. Exclusive to Isetan Shinjuku, “Verdy’s Gift Shop” is a timely pop-up of limited edition items that draw from Verdy’s own apparel brands and imagination.

Girls Don’t Cry and Wasted Youth are both present, providing their own graphic accessories and garments. The former has revived its fan-favorite heart rug, exclusive plaid pillows (also heart-shaped, of course) and PVC shoulder bags realized in partnership with See You Yesterday.

Meanwhile, Wasted Youth has joined up with BlackEyePatch for a two-piece collaboration, issuing a black track jacket and hoodie elevated by all-over logos and a co-branded chest print, respectively. Finally, Japanese toymaker Secret Base has linked with Verdy to create a collectible iteration of his dozey character Vick, who arrives with a branded dust bag, box and faux credit card.

Interested parties must register to visit via Isetan’s website during January 16 and 17, the two days that Verdy’s pop-up will be open.

Verdy finished 2020 on a high note, dropping Wasted Youth latest collaborative Nike Dunk SB and bespoke Beats headphones.
