KITH's Latest Partnership Says Hello To 'The Simpsons'
Partnering with Doughnut Plant to create Homer’s perfect doughnut for KITH Treats.
Looking to start the new year off right, KITH has now revealed its latest partnership with The Simpsons.
Celebrating Matt Groening’s iconic animated sitcom, the team-up sees Ronnie Fieg‘s imprint put together a co-branded full collection of apparel and accessories inspired by Springfield’s residents and some of their most memorable moments. The show’s instantly recognizable animation offers the special range a distinct element of playfulness that carries the fun visual themes.
Leading The Simpsons x KITH collection are crew and turtleneck knits that feature an all-over clouds print, the Simpson family’s Couch and characters including Bart, Homer and Lisa. Each family member also appears on hoodies, crewnecks and T-shirts alongside Maggie, Marge and Krusty. Accessories come in the form of New Era® 59Fifty caps portraying Bart, Homer and Springfield Elementary’s resident bullies – Jimbo, Dolph, Nelson and Kearney, along with socks that revisit the all-over clouds title card.
The Simpsons x KITH collection will be available online and at KITH locations January 25, 11 a.m. EST. Additionally, to mark the partnership, KITH’s SoHo location will be transformed into an immersive installation of the Simpson family home from January 22 – 26, 12-8 p.m. EST.
KITH Treats has also teamed up with New York sweets purveyor Doughnut Plant to create Homer Simpson’s perfect doughnut. The straight of the show cake doughnut is coated with a fresh raspberry glaze on top and finished with a Madagascar vanilla bean glaze and rainbow sprinkles. Blended with KITH Treat’s vanilla ice cream, the doughnuts help make amazing ice cream swirl or a milkshake at all domestic Kith Treats flagships—Brooklyn, SoHo, Miami and Los Angeles until January 25. Classic yeast versions of the doughnut coming in special packaging will be available at Doughnut Plant’s LES, Downtown Brooklyn, Williamsburg, and Queens locations until January 24.
