Shortly after being unveiled, Fear of God has now readied the introduction of its 2021 “Seventh Collection.” Coming in with an expansive range of offerings, the inaugural release features outerwear, jersey knits, new shoe styles and accessories.
Wool and cashmere knits from Italian mills found in the introduction reveals an elegant evolution of Jerry Lorenzo‘s investigation of classic sweatshirts and hoodies. FoG is also delivering a new iteration of the brand’s FG logo in a military-inspired stencil font throughout the selection. While the newly introduced loafer style crafted of Italian reverse suede offers a contemporary take on the classic slip-on with a Native American influence.
Additionally, included is a celebration of the 100th-anniversary of the Negro Leagues. The tribute to the origins of America’s favorite pastime, baseball, comes in the form of the vintage baseball pullover jacket and henley tees featuring textured velvet flocking typography.
The introduction to the “Seventh Collection” is available on Fear of God’s website January 22 and will launch internationally the following week.
