To celebrate its new Eastern Parkway flagship in Brooklyn, New York, retailer SNIPES has presented a “Dunks Since 1985” pop-up museum at the store. Nestled in the center of the 6,000 square foot converted bank, the pop-up museum consists of 35 ultra-rare and influential Nike Dunks, ranging from artist collaborations to seminal Nike SB styles and much more — all provided by Project Blitz.

Upon entering the store, visitors can feast their eyes on the 35 Dunks, all stacked up in translucent boxes filled with bright lights. Though each pair is a standout in its own right, special gems include the ultra-rare Dunk High “Wu-Tang” from 1999, three SB Dunk styles from Futura — the SB Dunk High “FLOM,” the SB Dunk High “Unkle” and a signed pair of the unreleased SB Dunk Low “Unkle” — and other grail-status styles like Concepts‘ SB Dunk Low “Yellow Lobster” and the SB Dunk Low “Freddy Krueger” sample.

Apart from the “Dunks Since 1985” exhibit, the store also contains a vast selection of footwear and apparel from Nike, Jordan Brand, adidas, New Balance and more. Guest safety is a foremost concern as well: in the time of coronavirus, the store is currently limited to 25% capacity and all patrons must wear a face mask.

The store is located at 1117 Eastern Parkway, Brooklyn, NY 11213, directly by the Utica Avenue stop on the 3 and 4 trains (plus the 2 and 5 trains during rush hour). It’s open from 11am to 8pm Monday through Saturday, and 11am to 7pm on Sundays. “Dunks Since 1985” will be on display until February 28.
