Clockwork Shares 'A Mac Miller Story Remixxed' Collection
The late rapper’s longtime DJ offers “an extremely rare mix of edits, remixes & mashups never heard before.”

Mac Miller‘s longtime DJ, Clockwork, honored the late rapper on what was supposed to be his 29th birthday with the release of a special project entitled A Mac Miller Story Remixxed.
Billed as “an extremely rare mix of edits, remixes & mashups never heard before,” the project clocks in at approximately 50 minutes and hears reconstructions of cuts from almost every phase in Miller’s career. The tracklist includes the likes of “Kool-Aid & Frozen Pizza,” “The Spins” and “Nikes On My Feet’” from K.I.D.S., “Missed Calls” from Blue Slide Park, “Insomniak” with Rick Ross from Faces, “Dang!” with Anderson .Paak from The Divine Feminine, “What’s The Use,” “Jet Fuel,” “Dunno,” “Ladders” and “Come Back to Earth” from Swimming and, from his posthumous album Circles, “Good News.”
“Mac, what’s up dude? It’s your boy Clock. Just checking in, saying happy birthday,” the DJ says at the beginning of the project. “I love you. Love to your family. This is a mix I put together for you. I hope you up there partying with Prince. Tell 2Pac I said what up. Tell Biggie I said what up. I love you man, just sitting here thinking about everything that we’ve been through, we’ve learned from each other and all the fun things that we did on tour, and the amazing life we were living. Thank you so much, Mac.”
